Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible. We will endeavour to make the adjustments to your order. If the parcel has been dispatched, changes are unable to be made.  
Once a payment has been received and your order is completed, it is then subject to the returns policy.

Return labels are at the expense of the customer and can be redeemed by contacting our online team. Return rates may vary depending on your location and will be deducted from your refund amount upon processing your return.
